AI consulting
Use-case discovery, multi-agent architectures, AI automation, model and tool selection, governance, and production design.
Linda Mohamed · Vienna, Austria
I am an independent AI & Cloud Consultant, AWS Community Hero, speaker, educator, and community leader with more than 12 years of experience across software development, product ownership, automation, cloud platforms, and enterprise consulting.
Today I help organisations move from vague AI ambition to concrete use cases, working prototypes, production architectures, and teams that understand what they are building.
My journey
I started my career close to the code, first in IT consulting and then in Java development. From there I moved into business analysis and product ownership, later into intelligent automation, cloud consulting, DevOps leadership, and enterprise architecture.
That path matters because I understand both the technical system and the people who need to work with it. I know what it means to build, operate, explain, sell, improve, and lead technology—not just recommend it.
What I do today
I work with organisations that want to use AI and cloud technologies in a practical, technically credible way—without losing months in abstract strategy work or disconnected tool experiments.
Use-case discovery, multi-agent architectures, AI automation, model and tool selection, governance, and production design.
AWS architecture, serverless systems, OpenShift, Terraform, DevOps, migrations, security, and platform enablement.
Structured workshops that help teams identify opportunities, design prototypes, build shared understanding, and make clear decisions.
Selected projects
My projects combine AI, cloud architecture, automation, media, spatial data, knowledge systems, and operational workflows.
Multi-agent system for community operations, speaker coordination, content creation, and event workflows. Presented at AWS re:Invent 2025.
Serverless workflow transforming raw footage into polished content through an eight-agent AI film crew and layered validation.
Conversational spatial-analysis platform for the Austrian energy sector, with agent orchestration and a custom MCP server for PostGIS.
Automation platform for independent consultants covering client work, documentation, invoicing, and business operations.
Open engineering reference for AI implementation patterns, tools, architectures, and practical learning paths.
Practical workshop materials, exercises, and curricula for teams that want to build AI capability through hands-on learning.
Professional experience
My experience covers hands-on development, product ownership, enterprise consulting, team leadership, partnerships, business development, workshops, and technical delivery.
Community & speaking
Community work has shaped how I teach, lead, communicate, and build. I lead the AWS User Group Vienna, founded the AWS Women’s User Group Vienna, and have organised conferences, recurring meetups, technical workshops, community areas, and speaker programmes.
I also serve on the netidee Funding Advisory Board, supporting Austrian open-source projects, and speak at conferences, community events, partner events, universities, and workshops across Europe and the United States.
Community & open source
These roles are not side projects. They are an important part of how I learn, teach, test ideas, build networks, and create opportunities for others.
User Group Leader since 2020. Grew the community to more than 2,000 members and coordinate recurring technical events, speakers, sponsors, and volunteer teams.
Led the organisation of AWS Community Day DACH, community areas at AWS Summits, sponsor relationships, marketing, and volunteer collaboration.
Vice Chairwoman of the Funding Advisory Board, evaluating and supporting Austrian open-source projects and funding applications.
Founder of a dedicated space for women in cloud and technology, focused on mentorship, skills, networking, and visibility.
Maintainer and contributor across AI Solutions Wiki, Freelancer Templates, community guides, tooling, and technical resources.
Initiative supporting young women in building confidence, starting to speak, and becoming visible in professional communities.
Speaking & teaching
I speak at conferences, community events, partner events, universities, and workshops across Europe and the United States.
Education
A technical education and a broad enterprise background allow me to work across strategy, architecture, implementation, and enablement.
How I work
My strongest work happens when technical depth, business context, and honest communication are treated as equally important.
I focus on concrete use cases, useful prototypes, and architectures that can move into production.
Technology should support people and teams, not replace understanding or good judgement.
The best outcomes come from shared thinking, honest feedback, and transparent decisions.
Personal
I am ambitious, curious, direct, and deeply motivated by difficult problems. I enjoy connecting people, improving systems, teaching what I learn, and turning unclear situations into something concrete.
Community matters to me because knowledge grows faster when people share it. Open source matters because useful work should be reusable. Speaking matters because good ideas have little impact when nobody can explain them.
And yes, I regularly take juggling breaks during work and workshops.
Let’s work together
Whether you are exploring an AI use case, planning a prototype, looking for cloud architecture support, or searching for a speaker or workshop facilitator, the first step is a short conversation.
