Talks with a live build in them
I speak about AI architectures, agents and cloud migration the way I work: with real architectures, real constraints and a demo that runs live. For conferences, user groups, partner events and internal tech days, in English or German.

Four ways to book me
Every format comes with an abstract, slides with sources on each page, and material your attendees can take home.
Keynote or session
20 to 60 minutes on AI architectures, agents, hybrid cloud or the reality of building with AI. Level 200 to 400, your choice.
Hands-on session
Half or full day, attendees build in their own accounts. Based on the workshops I run for teams, adapted to the event.
Host or panel chair
Track hosting, panel moderation and interviews. I prepare with the speakers so the questions go somewhere.
Live build
A working demo built on stage, for example a multi-agent system, with the failures left in where they teach something.
What I actually talk about
AI architecture layers: what you run yourself, what AWS runs for you, and how the constraint (data residency, cost, skills) decides the layer. This is also the lecture I teach at Hochschule Burgenland.
Agents in production: multi-agent systems on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, tool permissions, evaluation and the security questions that come with agents holding credentials.
Hybrid and media pipelines: AI video and document pipelines that keep storage on premises, and what that costs. My AI film crew talk covers the build end to end[4].
Open source and community: why I built ai-solutions.wiki as an open engineering reference[3], and how AWS user groups keep the practical knowledge flowing.

What organisers get from me beforehand
Abstract and bio
Session title, abstract, level, target audience and a bio in the length you need, in English or German.
Slides with sources
Every factual claim carries a source link on the slide, so attendees can verify and read on.
A demo that runs
Demos are rehearsed and run live, with a recorded fallback for the conference wifi.
Promotion
I announce the session through the AWS User Group Vienna and my own channels, before and after the event.
A sample of recent talks
The full history, upcoming appearances and session abstracts are on my Sessionize profile[1].
Published video in under 3 minutes
How I built an AI film crew on AWS: ingest, analysis, editorial decisions and rendering, as one pipeline.
Open source AI wiki
Why I built ai-solutions.wiki, and what 130 documented use cases teach about what actually gets built.
From AI demo to enterprise solution
What changes between a working demo and something an enterprise can operate.
OpenClaw: the local AI agent
A local agent that executes tasks, in English and German versions.
10 years of AWS User Group Vienna
What a decade of user group organising looks like from the inside.
Cloud Day at FH Burgenland
A teaching day for the AI Solution Engineering programme.
What people ask before booking.
What does a talk cost?
Community events and user groups: free, as long as travel works. Commercial conferences and corporate events: fee on request, based on format and preparation.
Which languages?
English or German, including slides and handouts.
How far in advance should we ask?
Six to eight weeks is comfortable. Shorter notice sometimes works, especially for remote sessions and moderation.
Can you tailor the talk to our audience?
Yes. I ask what your audience builds and adjust the level and the examples. That is the preparation the fee covers.
Do you do internal company events?
Yes: tech days, engineering all-hands and partner events. These often work best as a talk plus a hands-on workshop the same day.

Linda Mohamed
I design and build AI and cloud systems on AWS and hybrid platforms, and I teach how they work. I have organised the AWS User Group Vienna for more than seven years, co-organise AWS Community Day DACH, teach AI architectures at Hochschule Burgenland, speak at conferences in Europe and the US, and maintain ai-solutions.wiki. Based in Vienna. Remote or on-site, in English or German.

Planning an event?
Tell me the audience, the slot and the date. 30 minutes is enough to agree on a topic, or 15 minutes if you only need availability.
