Most AI pilots never reach working software
They reach a slide deck, a vendor scoping document, a steering meeting that asks for more analysis. Months later nothing exists that the business can touch.
This path does the opposite. You bring one scored use case, or we run Discovery first. I bring the architecture, the AWS services and the build. The decision is taken with software in hand, not slides on a screen.
Stopping is allowed. A cheap no after the Concept workshop beats an expensive yes six months later.

Many AI proofs of concept and cloud migrations qualify for AWS funding: credits for the AWS usage and, in some partner programmes, funds for the delivery work. What applies depends on the project, the programme and the AWS account team. I check it in the Idea Call, and the workshop results are written so they can go straight into an application.

What does the Concept workshop cost?
€5,000 net: one workshop (€2,000) plus three written results (€1,000 each): architecture per use case, cost model per service and data test notes.
What does the prototype cost?
€7,000 net: two workshops plus a working prototype, a measured evaluation and a go or stop decision record. Production roadmap and funding case are optional at €1,000 each.
Where does the prototype run?
In your AWS account or in a sandbox account you control. The code goes into your repository. AWS usage during the build is billed to that account and is usually small.
Do we need to run Discovery first?
No, if you already have one scored use case, an owner and access to sample data. Otherwise Discovery saves you from prototyping the wrong thing.
What if the result is no?
Then the decision record explains why, and you have spent a fraction of what a failed pilot costs. Stopping early is a good outcome.
