Initial Alignment Call
A short introduction call to understand your goals, current state, and constraints - and to confirm whether a workshop is the right next step.
This is a focused conversation to make sure we use your time well and pick the format that creates the most value.
What We Do
- Clarify goals, scope, and success criteria
- Review team, data, and systems context
- Decide which workshop is the best fit (and in what order)
- Align on logistics, roles, and expected outcomes
Discovery Workshop - Identify Opportunities & Use Cases
Explore where AI or Cloud can create real value in your organization - without long strategy phases, buzzwords, or big-bang projects.
This is a collaborative working session that brings the right people together to map challenges, spot opportunities, and choose a clear starting point.
What We Do
- Map current processes, pain points, and goals
- Explore practical AI/automation examples relevant to your context
- Evaluate ideas by value, feasibility, and impact
- Select a high-impact use case to move forward
Prototype Workshop - Design & Prioritize
Turn a selected use case into a simple, testable concept. We design the first version together - clear, lightweight, and grounded in reality.
This is a hands-on session where we sketch workflows, outline data flows and integrations, and define what the first version (MVP) should include - and what it shouldn’t.
What We Do
- Frame the problem and expected outcome
- Sketch the end-to-end workflow and user interaction
- Outline data sources, connectors, and constraints
- Define MVP scope and prioritize features by value vs. effort
Validation Workshop - Build & Validate
Create a lightweight, working prototype to test assumptions and gather feedback - fast.
We build a simple version using no-code/low-code or sandbox components, run it with realistic inputs, and refine based on what we learn.
What We Do
- Set up a minimal working prototype (UI/workflow or API flow)
- Use sample or real data to simulate key scenarios
- Collect feedback from the people who will use or run it
- Refine scope and define what an MVP or pilot should include
